What we are about

First and foremost, the people behind this blog support the dual goals of proper animal care and proper animal control.

We believe that it is important to protect animals from cruelty and neglect of all kinds.

And we believe that in the event such things occur, those responsible should be held accountable, regardless of who they are. This applies across the board to private rescues, individual breeders, trainers, pet owners, and all authorities involved in animal welfare.

We believe that animal control should be uniform, fair, and put the welfare of the animal first, balancing that with the duty to insure public safety.
